Server Application Unavailable .net的解决方案
唉！真蛋疼哇！
就上次那个客户的鸟问题，数据库的问题解决了，但是.net有又问题！
用域名在外网死活访问不了
估计是机房把这个域名给封了！
后来又出现了如下问题：
Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable....
